Epsom is the perfect apartment to enjoy a breathtaking view of the harbor and the Bassin with the Ile aux oiseaux on the horizon.You will be literally at the foot of the beach of Eyrac, thanks to a private access to the beach from the residence. You will find a small shower for your feet, back from the beach.The bicycle path and the pedestrian walkway will allow you to access the city center without using the car. You will be able to enjoy a peaceful stay not far from the city center (less than 20 minutes walk from the city center, and 15 minutes walk from the big shops).You will also have the possibility to park your car in a private parking space.Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, the Epsom is a spacious apartment of 75 m², with a large living room offering an unobstructed view, thanks to the 3 bay windows opening onto the balcony, what to subjugate you. The living room is composed of two nice and bright spaces with two large sofas (including a double sofa bed 160 of great French brand very comfortable), armchairs, a television and a dining area. You can also enjoy more privacy by closing the curtain between these two spaces and transforming your sofa into a double bed.
