Our approximately 41m ² superior apartments are on the fourth floor and are particularly spacious and tastefully decorated. These apartments have two rooms and two king-size box spring beds (180×200). So 1-4 people can stay here. A large dining table with appropriate seating can be used for family meals as well as extensive office work.A modern look in green and brown ensures a harmonious color match to feel good and relax. The furnished apartments offer optimal possibilities for long stays. A weekly cleaning and change of towels, bed linen and tea towels ensure relaxed and well-kept living. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, hot plates, coffee machine and basic kitchen equipment. The tickets for public transport are free of charge for our guests; this applies to the entire stay and the large scope of the VRR. These can be handed out at check-in on request.Services that can be booked for an additional charge:- Daily cleaning 20 EUR per day- Pet 8 EUR per day- First purchase (20 EUR service fee plus product price)- Use of the sauna in the Hotel Haus am Zoo until 5 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. / day / person- underground parking space per car / night 8.00 EUR per day, 45.00 EUR per week, 120 EUR per month- Bike rental 2 EUR / day- Washing machine use with coin slotNotice: Displayed prices and data are not final, and should be used for informative purpose only.
