You can expect a 1.40 m bed, a fully equipped kitchenette (with stove, microwave with baking function, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee capsule machine, kettle and all the usual cooking utensils), a cozy living and working area, a shower room with toiletries and large Storage space, a SmartTV and of course free high-speed WiFi.In addition to the studio, you can use our lobby – our extended living room – on the ground floor at any time. Here you can work, relax or exchange ideas. The lobby has a co-working space with a large community table, cozy lounge areas, a fireplace, vending machine for snacks and drinks and a TV. In addition, our laundry room (2nd-4th floor) with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as the clean-up room (2-6th floor) with vacuum cleaner, sweeping set and mop is available around the clock to disposal.We are happy to provide a cot for children up to 3 years of age on request.Dogs are welcome on the 2nd floor for an extra charge of € 10.00 per night.
