Introducing Attic apartment to feel good (with long-term discount) – UBK-395532

We lived in the light-flooded attic apartment for 20 years. When we bought it in 2000, we were able to help shape it and equip it to a very high standard even then.Now we can offer our haven of peace to people who are guests in Passau for a longer period of time, but do not want to furnish themselves.It is very important to us to offer a feel-good atmosphere and have therefore completely renovated the apartment in 2020 and adapted the light furniture to the needs of long-term guests.Our offer is aimed primarily at interns, doctoral students, professors, external consultants, trainee lawyers, but also students, etc. That is why we have also set up a desk.The separate, lockable bedrooms offer the possibility of retreat if you share the apartment with a non-related living partner. The separate toilet is also important.The larger bedroom can also be equipped with a double bed (instead of the two single beds) on request.The 140 bed in the smaller bedroom may also be sufficient for couples / children.The tailor-made kitchen is generously equipped with cooking utensils, dishes and glasses for up to 4 people.The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and bidet.The cute 9sqm roof terrace cannot be seen from the outside.There is a bicycle cellar in the house – no elevator.For a surcharge, we can offer a washing machine, garage, WiFi, various cleaning and shopping services.Notice: Displayed prices and data are not final, and should be used for informative purpose only. The three-storey block of flats (built in 2000) is only 2 km from the train station in a traffic-calmed area. The nearby freight tracks are used less and less and are hardly noticeable.The location between the old town and the western suburbs allows you to reach all areas of the city quickly and has the advantage that you can park for free in the side streets and there are usually free spaces.Within a 3-minute walk (around 100 meters), 2 to 3 bus lines serve the bus stop in the side street at around 15-minute intervals (limited at night).Taxi costs to and from the train station are around 8 euros one way.A smaller grocery market is 100 meters away. Larger markets (Netto, Penny, Rewe …) can be found several times within a 1.5 kilometer radius.The house is continuously inhabited by owners and long-term tenants. There is a friendly and considerate atmosphere, which we also expect from our tenants. We haven’t had to attend parties and loud music in 20 years.
