Introducing Via Aschenez
1. Everyone is obliged to keep their room in order and clean as well as the common parts of the property.
2. It is forbidden to change the arrangement of the furniture without our approval.
3. It is forbidden to smear the walls by posting photos, posters or anything else I can damage the plaster or painting.
4. It is obliged daily to carry out to dispose of according to regulations of the city of Reggio Calabrio the separate collection of waste, the incorrect conduct of waste collection involves a fine of 80€ paid by tenants.
5. It is absolutely forbidden to use radio television sets as well as to cause other sounds and noises from 23,00 to 8,00. At other times it is obliged not to exceed the limits of normal tolerability.
6. We take no responsibility for theft by people inside or outside the apartment.
7. Any request to leave the apartment before the deadline must be communicated at least 30 days in advance for periods from 1 to 3 months, 60 days in advance for periods from 3 to 6 months. Otherwise the deposit will be retained.
Admin fees:
– 10€ final cleaning
Deposit (1 month +100€):
-100€ It will be returned on the day of departure after having made the balance of consumption and any damages
